personally...YES. they are very affordable and they do the job! i work on final cut pro constantly and last year i worked a lot with pro tools. The sound quality and levels are pretty good. Obviously they are not 100% professional but they are tons better than an ipod ear bud. The more you pay the better the quality, but why not stick with something cheap to get the job done.

Most headphones will do the job but if your into high detail then ya a brand like bose or others would be better. For just recreation edition or hobby then these will work just fine

These headphones are affordable and great for editing. However, if you would like good sound quality for high-level audio editing I'd recommend something else.

These headphones are ok, but they do not offer flat frequency response. This means that you may not be interpreting the true sound, and that the headphones may have an inaccurate response to the actual frequencies being delivered. For the price, however, you cant beat them. So if you need a quick fix go for it, but if you have the money get some nice flat frequency response headphones.

I used them for video editing and had no problems with them. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
