Green light keeps blinking

I just bought a Lysol Neutra Air today and couldn't wait to try it. I followed the directions exactly. But the green light keeps flashing, and no spray comes out. I watched each video here, and have assembled it just as every video says to do. Do you think it's "faulty" or has anyone else had the 'green light' problem with a brand new Neutra Air? I don't know if I wasted my money or not. I've lost the receipt, thrown away the box, and therefore can't return it. Needless to say, I'm very unhappy. (I've opened and re-installed over and over. When I turned the "on" button on while doing this, it sprayed and I love the scent. But when I close it up and sit it on the table, the light flashes and it doesn't work. Someone help!
