Hi this Dan with my review of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone available on DVD. This is the first movie adaptation of JK Rowling's Harry Potter Series and having not read the book myself a lot of the credibility of the series comes to me based on the movies and I find them with mix reviews. Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone starts the story off in a good light though. Harry is basically an orphan child more or less a slave to his uncle and aunt and also gets whisked away by Hogwarts School of Wizardry basically and a groundskeeper there takes him away and he is revealed to be the son of a parents who were killed by an evil wizard by the name of Valdemort and he is basically apprentice to be a wizard. So all that being said Harry does find out for the first time his place in life and this sets a good foundation and a good premise to the rest of the series sort of introducing everything. He starts making friends there and adapts to his life there. I thought it was you know for not having read the book I thought it was a good introduction I'd give it 3 This is Dan in my review of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
