Hi. One of my favorite shampoos has always been Head and Shoulders. When I was younger, I had dandruff so my parents got this a lot for me. And as I got older, I didn't have dandruff so much but I've rediscovered it since my kids have started having that cradle cap on the top of their head. That's where -- a lot of extra skin or something on the scalp and one thing that's -- actually, great for it, my pediatrician recommended was to use Head and Shoulders, just don't get it in their eyes coz it burn. So I thought I'd try for my girls this two-in-one because if I don't have to condition their hair, if I have less I don't have to do, then great. This particular Head and Shoulders, it's a two-in-one like I said, and this one is Smooth and Silky and it is specifically made to try to help keep down the frizz which I seem to have a lot of. So here is the before of me. And you could see, I got some kind of frizz, my dead ends, just kind of ugh. I'm gonna wash my hair and I'll show you what it looks like when -- oops, sorry. I'll show you what it looks like when we are all done. Okay, so here is the downside I find with the Head and Shoulders, the two-in-one at least. Here I have it on my hair right now and it's not super sudsy. There are some suds there. I kinda like lots of suds and this doesn't seem to have it. So that would be my one downside to this product. Okay, so I've been able to wash my hair and let it dry. I let it air dry. That's just normal. My hair, at first, I will say I wasn't very impressed that it didn't make a lot of bubbles. My scalp did tingle. I will say that's part of the dandruff shampoo It does say you should use about twice a week if you actually are trying to prevent dandruff, at least twice a week. If not, each time you shampoo. I will say, even though it doesn't look like my frizzes are really gone, it is nice and light. I don't feel like my hair is weighed down. It was kind of hard to brush at first but, otherwise, it works out pretty well. I'd use it definitely on my kids because it's only one step. Helps gets rid of some of the cradle cap. For myself I'd use it in a pinch if I ran out of my regular Head and Shoulders Shampoo and Conditioner
