Hi there Expo TV This is my review on the Health Rider elliptical trainer. I purchased it from Cost Co because I was tired of paying to go to the gym just to use the elliptical machine. So check it out. Here we have a fan that it is adjustable. You can angle it towards your face. You can see that everything is very sturdily made with things like totally like hard metal not a lot of plastic junk. You can see here in the front that a lot of elliptical trainers don't have the little arm handles to get the kind of skiing mesh in there. Over here is your panel. Let me see if I can get you to see a little better. Over here is your panel. You can choose the incline and the level of difficulty. Then you can choose different pre-formatted tracks. The one that I like to use is the number four and it kind of graduate eases you up to the hardest and down to the lowest. You can have a warm up and a cool down built in to that. But if you just want to do one steady thing you can customize it. It allows you to do that too. Also it has got a couple of cup holders. Here you can see I got all the cups in my bottles and water there. You can keep a drink there. So I am just going to pan over the machine so that you can get a look at what exactly it looks like and how it is constructed. So yeah. We had this for a while. It survives a couple of moves and it has been just fine. I would highly recommend it. It has been super sturdy. I have been using it almost everyday for quite some time. And I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I give it five out of five stars especially since it is so cheaper machine as far as if you compare it to a [Pre-Cor] or something like that. And I have been nothing but happy with it. Thanks
