Hello my name is Crystal and I'm here to talk to you about my weights. I can do em with one arm but usually I put one in each arm but the other one's holding this camera here. These are the AMF Brand Heavy Hands Hand Weights. They are three pounds each here so I use them whenever I'm just walking around. While I'm walking my dog or something I use them and that's pretty cool. They're not really for any type of like bodybuilding or anything but just to get a basic workout and work your arms a little bit. They really do the trick. Each one cost me about $10.00 so it was approximately $20.00 for the set and they have these really cool handles as you can see so you don't have to carry like this part of it. You can just use this part and kind of go with it and it's a pretty foamy soft grip here so it's pretty cool. Like I said these are the AMF Heavy Hands Brand weights and I really like them and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a small weight that they just can take around while they're walking or jogging or something like that. It's not for really intense workouts or anything but I really like them and recommend them.
