It smells really good and does all herbal essences products. It s kind of all. You know what they are known for. But this stuff is used after you take shower and you re kind of a little bit damp. Just spray a little bit in your hair and you just leave it in. I personally don t really like leave in conditioner like this especially spray kind because if you have really thick hair you don t need a lot of conditioner and it takes a really really long time to just like spray all over your hair. Before you have to use shake it out and a little 10.2 flip out bulb. It smells amazing kind of the best smell I think that but again it s just the hustle if you just have you know spray so much on your hair when you could just probably buy you know a cream basic conditioner instead and you know it s a lot easier to apply. But the stuff is good and it s really good in here stuff.
