ik you are upset but it comes with a 6 year warrenty and i bet hoover will replace it, you should emty it after every use and wash out your filter and dust cup and let dry, also run the battery down completley or it wont full charge. walmart has a 90 day

I completely agree. Vaccums are disposable. That is terrible to say but if I don't get all my carpet removed soon I think I'l gonna give the Dyson a try. :)
