Hi Expo TV Today I'm going to do a DVD review of the movie Hope Floats. This is a TV show __________. The character Sandra Bullock's best friend Connie and Sandra Bullock plays a girl named Birdee. Connie is on this show and then she's talking with the host Tony about the fact that she's having an affair with her best friend's husbnad and you know this is one of those talk shows in you know Jerry Springer-type shows where he brings somebody on and there's a __________ Birdee's coming out thinking she's probably going to be getting a makeover and sits down with her best friend and her best friend tells her that she is sleeping with her husband and needless to say her life is falling apart right on national television for everyone to see and this scene goes on they go ahead and bring in husband and he admits he's been having an affair and she (Birdee) is just absolutely devastated that which really breaks my heart as they go and show the daughter who's been sitting in the audience the whole time watching this. She is probably I don't know 7 8 9 10 years old? It's just awful. So what happens is Birdee and her daughter pack up and head back to the small town where she grew up in and moved home where her mom is and that kind of stuff. So Birdee is slowly just trying to put her life back together when everybody has seen the breakup and how it happened on national TV. And in walks the character played by Harry Connick Jr. and Birdee just has to figure out if she can actually start to open up to him and that kind of stuff. It's a good movie it's PG 13 and it's an hour and 54 minutes in length but it is a comedy and it's a chick flick and it's a love story and it will break your heart but I would definitely recommend it: it's the movie Hope Floats.
