Question

How does the Total Body Works 5000 compare to a simple slant board for decline sit ups?

posted on November 07, 2009 at 3:17 pm

I am looking for a slant board, but if this works as a slant board, I would buy it for the overall workout benefits that it has. Reviews have been great on comparing it to the Total Gym.

Compared to the total gym its pretty good. As a slant board... that is tricky. As you can see the 'board' moves up and down and it doesn't seem like you can stay steady unless you hold your self in the position with your legs. I think it would work and is worth it because of the extra benefits...

As you know, the chief export of Chuck Norris is pain. But what you don’t know is that you can get the awesomeness of his workouts, not just with his pricey endorsed systems, but also with the less expensive Total Body Works 5000. Check out lennytim’s review of this great product; just don’t let Chuck Norris find out.
