The medium is for 24-34 pounds and it comes this particular pack is a pack of 18 and you can find them a lot of times at your grocery stores or your drug stores. But you can also find them at your major chain stores at K-mart Walmart or Target and I think they run around $9 or $10.00 for a package of 18. So they're a little pricey but I just because we don't always go straight into the water I do prefer to have something on her and so I prefer to go ahead and buy some Little Swimmers.
