are you on wireless some times with wireless the calls get disconnected easy. but if your not recheck see if your software is updating so it keeps current with software. I have not experenced any buzzing sounds on mine so i don't know. i will check back with you after i look it up .. thanks
update software is the first i would recondmend if your on a laptop to switch to a corded phone because wireless router can interfer with your phone a lot of people don't know this but when you have wireless it also can interfer with remotes too and cell phones .. i had that issue when i started out too. one way to check if it is your phone use the feature i love about magic jack .. using your computers mic and seakers if it does not do it you know it is your phone. if you have more questions just ask,..
I'm not sure if this will help or not but the MagicJack uses resources on your computer. I would minimize the amount of things running on the computer at one time. Some programs out there are memory hogs. Also if you're not plugged directly into your cable modem box or router that may cause you the problems you're having.
But you can always do a speed test to see what your bandwidth is on speedtest.net.
there is an update that will fix that you have to go to the web site and ask for the live help, they will give it to you.
