Yes, yes he is.

I do not like Ray Liotta as an actor all that much, but his two signature roles, (GoodFellas and Vice City) are unbelievably good. When he pistol whips that Jabroni thats been talking bad to Loraine Bracco (Sopranos), that is so hot! Anyway, please enjoy the GTA series if you are old enough to see it as entertainment!
