There is no specific attachment for steaming, but it can be done. For instance, if you're steam-cooking a salmon steak, you can get a cedar plank from your local Wal-Mart, turn the heat down to it's lowest setting and put the plank with the salmon directly on the grill grates. Very nice and tender. OR, if you're looking to steam vegetables, the side burner works great for that. Just use a regular saucepan with an inch of water in the bottom and put your veggies in a metal colander on top. cover with a pan lid and in you're in business. The side burner works just like the burner in your kitchen. Hope that helps...
