This is a great product to have b/c if your shoes give you blisters, this certainly works in protecting the areas of your skin where you get blisters. It rubs on smoothly with little scent, and it protects your skin for most of the day. You do need to reapply it but the stick will last you awhile. Definitely a helpful product.
