Kensington Pilotboard mouse and keyboard

While my experience with Kensington technical support has been great my experience with their products has been less than stellar. The first began to malfunction after a week, and the replacement is still a bit touch and go. The keyboard is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough, I can't tell.
