Hi this Kaytee Fruit and Veggies Formula for my parakeets and it s a fortified treat that you put in their cup. I put it in maybe twice a week from my parakeets and it takes some little while if they are not used to it because it used to a little fruit and vegetable shavings but it also comes with like fruit seeds in there so they ll eat those right away. And this just adds to a variety to your pet s diet and it also gives them necessary foods and vegetables as recommended that 5-10 of their diet be fruit or vegetable. I got this from the pet store for about $2 or $3. Its very good value because it s gonna last you a long time. You only need about a teaspoon and a half of this to put it into the birds food. I just mixed them with the food. You can also get them in a separate dish just for this but the birds gonna recognized that this is a tasty treat and my bird really likes it. So yeah go check this out. Thank you.
