Originally I bought a Kidde Fire Extinguisher for my kitchen, mostly because my homeowner's insurance requested it. I never thought I'd ever use it, after all, I never needed it all those years before. During a broiling episode, my oven caught on fire due to excessive grease. Oh my gosh! I was in a panic, but I had the presence of mind to grab my Kidde Fire Extinguisher and put out the fire! From now on, I'll never be without it!
