Fish Oil Concentrate. It sounds little bit weird, but this is basically fish oil that has a plastic coating so you cannot taste the fish. You know, most people don't like the taste of fish, that you smell -- fish. So, it has a plastic coating, so you don't taste it, it just goes down easy with milk or water. This helps you with your heart and vascular health. You can take maybe 3 to 4 a day. -- The cost of this is probably less than $10. You can find this at Costco as you can use their Kirkland brand, which is what possibly sells as its own. This bottle lasts quite a long time. Usually you take about 3 to 4 pills a day. In this bottle there is -- what does it say? I'd think -- in the hundreds at least -- and it contains 1000mg of Concentrated Fish Oil and 300mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
