this kitchen aid oven cooks food evenly. The toast has a better flavor than most toasters because it browns the bread to perfection. It is easy to use and has such a quick cleanup with the removable crumb tray. It is energy effecient. I don't have to wait as long to heat up my foods as compared to a conventional oven.Because I do precook a lot of my food, I am able to take my foods from the freezer to the oven and within 10 min. I can have a meal ready.
