Pros: Friendly Staff, Clean units, Great location. Five minute walk to the beach.
Cons: No parking, No Pool, Small units with Murphy beds.
The Kuhio Banyan located in Waikiki is an RCI time share. My parents are owners there and my family and I have stayed their several times. It is a great value in the heart of Waikiki. You do have to give up some ammenities for the price though. Units are small and the main bed is a Murphy bed that pulls down from a storage unit. They do not have a pool or parking. What they do have is a great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and great prices.
