The great things about Verizon's LG dare (touch screen!!) cell phone

Reviewed on 10/05/08       Plays: 185

Pros: the camera, touch screen!, handwriting recognition

Cons: make it easier for people with larger fingers!

Bought this product at: a local verizon store.

I really like this phone! It's easy to use and has a lot of great functions. The camera on it is awesome, and so is the VZWnavigator- verizon's GPS system. One drawback is that it may be difficult to use if you have large fingers...sometimes you might hit the wrong buttons- you can always buy a stylus though and use that.

Expotv. I'm reviewing the LG Dare Cell Phone and it's a Verizon cellphone it cost about $250 I think and it had a 50$ rebate with the service plan agreement. It's a touch screen phone and there's a couple of buttons down here that you can use also to make calls and end calls and stuff like that. There's a really nice little thing it protects it's like a keypad lock thing so you can't just like push around all the button all the time. So it has this lock on and you just unlock it it'll unlock your phone and you can use the different options. I can go on the web with this phone for an additional $15 a month. You can go on the web and you can check your email go on websites do whatever you want. And you can also use the Verizon navigator on this phone which is a GPS thing and you know text messages and stuff like that. It has a really good camera in it and it also does the video recordings; you can make your videos too. And as far as the the web goes you just go into the browser it shows up it'll load up on to the browser and you can go on like Google or whatever you want. Something I like about the phone is the screen it changes. Right now you know you're holding the phone up and down and the screen is up and down. But if you turn it the screen turns too so it's kinda cool when you're doing like the keypad. It has a full keypad on it as well when you text things in the whole alphabet will come on just like your regular little keypad. Its a really great phone the battery lasts a long time the camera on it is really good quality the cell phone itself is good quality. Its fun and it works really well. The touch screen - you kind of have to get used to if you've never had a touch screen before but once you are used to it it's pretty quick and easy to use. One problem one thing I don't like about this phone is the touch screen is kind of hard if you have bigger fingers - it's hard to push the individual buttons so its kind of hard. But I have heard you can buy a stylus and sort of use it like a pen on your screen and that makes it easier so you can you know push the right buttons whenever you want. It's kind of an expensive phone but I think it's worth it. It's really fun it has a lot of options of stuff you can do on it. And overall I really like this phone.
