Hi If you need to lose weight like I do or just get in great shape you should get the 5-mile walk from Leslie Sansone. It's part of the Walk away the pounds Series which hs helped me so much. I have lost 37 pounds mostly by using her tapes and DVDs and of course watching my diet. This special box you can get at target contains not only the 5-mile walk DVD it also has a 2-pound hand weight which are very good when you're walking and it has a stretchy belt that you wear on your waist and you pull and it has another stretchy band that you also use during the exercises and she shows you exactly how to do it. The great thing about the Walk away the pounds tapes and especially the 5-mile walk is that anybody could do it. If you start off with one of the other ones and work your way you can walk 5 miles in your own house and you will lose weight and get in great shape and I'm so thankful for Leslie Sansone for doing this because it really helped me lose weight and I hope it helps you too.
