Why all the Hype?

Pros: Easy Install, Easy Setup

Cons: Live Customer Support, Choppy Calls

Bought this product at: Off TV

This product not worth it. The product either doesn't work or I had a defective product. Either way there isn't any live on the phone customer support. The audio was choppy and it's not my interent bandwidth... I've tried on multiple computers Mac and PC, increase bandwidth on cable modem, try calling via phone handset and though computer.
