Hi I am Jody. And this review is for the Maytag French door side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator. And we bought it actually based on its good looks alone. We had to buy our fridge one day. So we went out and this is what we came back with. And luckily we were thrilled. But doing the research in hindsight we are really glad that we chose this fridge. First and foremost is the fact that it is a stainless fridge and it also has a built-in water and ice dispenser. And those two characteristics alone are really hard to find in a combination refrigerator. And the other great thing is the side-by-side French door layout. Looking firstly at the control panel another great thing that this refrigerator has is a door alarm. So it tells you if you accidentally leave the freezer open or the fridge open. It beeps after about 30 seconds. So it lets you know so you don t waste electricity and cool your fridge off accidentally. Another great thing it has is a lock in the ice and water so that if you have little kids that can reach a four-foot height they won t accidentally squirt the water all over the place. And the way that it is laid out inside is really helpful. It has got adjustable shelving dual bins and if you typically put certain foods on a certain side of the fridge the great thing about this layout is that you only have to open one of the doors to access whatever that it is that you are looking for. The fridge also adjust so easily all you do is pull this knob out and twist the handle and the shelf will go up and down depending on the height that you want to set it at. So everything is customizable to this fridge. And the stainless looks great. It is very easy to clean. And we are very happy with this purchase.
