    Pros: several different acidophilus strains, includes FOS, convienient capsule form

    This product is great for improving intestinal flora. It has several different acidophilus strains. It also includes FOS, which is a simple carbohydrate that the acidophilus feeds off of. It has helped me to control intestinal gas and cramps.
