Hi This is Stacy and today I am going to tell you about my favorite machine. And this is the one that I work out the most. This is the Nautilus NE3000 series. I'll go ahead and start it up to see how it works. You just go and do this. I like this because you get to do a running motion but you are not hurting your knees by running on the pavement. And as you see your feet never really lift off the machine. If you run like this you can actually hold these bars right here and it gives you an upper body workout as well. I like this machine because right here on the handles on both sides you got all the adjustment controls. The quick start and the [enter] and also the up and down so you don't have to be pulling around here. You can do them right here. There are also a lot of different programs here; rolling hills ride in the park speed intervals strength training fat too hiking fitness test and you can customize that you can set up. And you can always come back when I want to work out. If you hold on here it will do your heart rate. And if you hold on here also it will also do your heart rate as well. This is a great workout. It keeps your body in shape. And it is great to have around the house. So next time you are in the market for fitness equipment try out the Nautilus. I recommend it.
