Hi my name is Nick RT88 and today I'm gonna review the New Balance Elliptical and as you can see there's the [head] model right there and it has all these different programs you can get from like the Little Hill to the Uphill Climb and you can also do the Heart Rate. They have the Target Heart Rate where you set the target at 60 percent heart rate 75 percent heart rate or 85 percent heart rate and you could also adjust the time and speed basically anything. It tells you your calories right there and your pulse right there and your distance right up there and basically this thing is what tells you how fast your pulse is beating. Basically you put your hand on it and then these metal pieces right here tell you how fast your pulse is beating and the Elliptical itself those are the steppers and it actually glides really smooth. Overall it's really a good buy. I've had no problems with it. It's very good for working out and I highly recommend it.
