These are the Nicoderm CQ Step 2 Patches they're for 80 smoke cigarettes a day that is where you start and they have 14 mg of nicotine over 24-hour- period. They're kind of expensive but they work. I've smoked for about 5 years and I just started the set today I've been smoke free it's really the only thing that worked for me and I tried a number of things the gum vitamins I don't like it. They come in this holder which is actually really nice because you can put the ease patches in here so you don't worry about any animals or anything to get in and they're that big they're really tiny. The first that come down to about here so they're really nice. My complaints are that when you first put them on they burn a little bit not terrible it's not fun or anything that you really notice unless you're thinking about it. Sometimes the skin underneath will be red and you really have to scrub to get the sticky stuff off. They also don't hold up that well if you're sweating. They're really easy to put on takes like 2 seconds you just cut it open grab the pack like this and just rip it open and inside there'll be the actual patch and it has 2 little plastic sheets on the back of it that you just peel off and you just stick it right on hold on for 10 seconds and then you're gonna dig on for the rest of the day. Okay in the shower you can't like loofah over it or anything obviously but it's clear you can hide under your sleeve you could put it on your back your lower back your you could put it basically anywhere but better if we don't have hair. This is probably it's like $50.00 around there but I buy it from CostCo and I get it for a little bit less. It's good it works if you're really committed to stop smoking its gonna be worth it in the end because you're not gonna be spending that much money on cigarettes.
