This is the Onkyo 7.1 surround sound receiver, model number TXSR603X. It's a really solid receiver for about $500. It comes with all the newest encoding features, such as Prologic 2, DTS, Cinema Filter, and Onkyo's WRAT technology, which clears up sound as it comes into the receiver. You can hook up a second zone to it, so you can play a movie, and have a home theater set up in one room, and listen to the radio stereo set up in another room. You can do component switching with it, so you don't have to hook up but one component cable to the back of your TV. It's got tons of inputs in the back for optical, digital coax connections, things like that, headphone jack, easy to read output. It costs about $500. And if you want about middle of the road high quality receiver, I suggest you get it.
