Transcript of Featured Review

Hi my name is Will Stein and I'm doing a review for the Expo TV website. The item I have chosen to review it is Overture Fitness. It has got some good and bad aspects to it. Some positive aspects is it is very easy to use. It takes a relatively small amount of space. And it is something that can be done really easily, right after lunch, during a break, during the day anytime you need. So, negative points to it, there is no digital reading, it has the more modern one or more expensive ones. And there is no letting you know how many calories you have spent or how far you have gone. Another advantage of this one, you notice it is similar to jogging, but if you notice when you run, you don't actually hit the ground. So it is not a bad on your knees, you can run for a long time and each time you step, it is not going to put the pressure on your knees every time you step. It is a great machine to simulate jogging without the pressure on your knees, but it could use all little touch up of more modern day machine.

The Elliptical machine Provides a total body (legs, hips, buttocks, arms & shoulders), low-impact, cardiovascular workout for all family members, regardless of ability level. This unit resembles a walking or jogging machine. Your feet move in a natural elliptical motion, providing a no-impact workout for less stress on the joints. As you walk, your hands grasp poles that move in conjunction with your leg motion. This results in a smooth, fluid movement that tones arms, chest, back, hips, legs, and glutei.
