Is this Phone still available to buy?

if i'm not mistaken, they don't make the sprint ppc 6700 anymore. I remember i was trying to get them last month but was unable to do so. i settled with a blackberry 8803
You can still find them new on eBay but I wouldn't bother. This phone is like a brick in your pocket. The new phones are much better. Check out my review of the Sprint Touch.
