It still got the 3CCD which is just awesome color. These basically three different color processors in it and it use many DV tapes. The screen has tiny visual smaller its 2.5 inches and the next model up is 2.7 and there's the 3 inch one and then mine could be a bigger one but this one awesome. It also has many mini focuses and it has USV ports so it's like real time when you transfer it over the computer. When you wanna take a mini DV tape you just put on your computer you just plug it in. Plug it in the side right here do the fire wire USV and it's real time have rewind if you have 20 minute tape it takes 20 minutes to put on your computer which is pretty nice cause I mean you can just click rip it to your computer click to transfer and just go do some and then come back and its' there. It's awesome quality. The color of blow your mind but they are also they have tape to make tapes for where it called just 3 CCD mini DV tapes and that helps enhance the color because it's made for this kind of cameras. You don't' mind wanna looking to get in those so you can get in this camera. The batteries comes at this pretty good it's by an hour maybe two hours but prior by an hour most of the time depends on how much you actually filming when the camera is on. It has a camera on it but it's not that good like I mean if you want to take still shots. So I mean I recommend and get it like in separate one Cannon usually is really good with the still shots but Panasonic awesome for this is got like a lens the fright it's got a light right there if its - if you need an extra lighting. It doesn't have a night shot as one thing most Panasonic camera has. All you have a nice shot but this isn't having a night vision. There's a difference in night shots and gonna be more chubby. It's gonna make it look more real if you're still but night vision is where you can move around. There's got that greenish-gray tint but yeah so it got this screen option. You can have that out. It uses more battery or you can pull this out and that means that you have to look through here to see it. Both awesome they both look awesome; it looks awesome on a big screen. I'll recommend and get it. If you're looking into it. It's not too expensive. It's probably about 400 dollars and maybe cheaper these days. So I mean if you think by getting a camera I say definitely Panasonic and if this is in your budget range I'd say definitely go with the PV-GS250.
