This trimmer suites my needs just fine. I keep a short beard that I like to look groomed. I use this trimmer on the #2 blade guard to do this. It does a good job at trimming and it's small size allows me to get the hairs on my neck easier. The many trimming/cutting attachments allow this to be a more flexible personal trimmer for ears,nose and eye brows too. Be careful not to push the blade guard into your skin, the edge are sharp and will scratch. The product's major downfall is the battery. The battery lasts about 30 minutes of shaving time and requires 10 hours to charge. Not only that the charger is not a 'smart' charger. So if you don't unplug after 10 hours or if you always leave it on the charger you will ruin the battery.
