This is the best hair conditioner on the market. It is called Phitenbella. It is made in Japan and marketed in the USA under the name Phi-Ten USA INC It is part of the YUKO Haircare System. It is creamy and emollient and needs to stay on wet hair while showering only about 5 minutes. It makes your hair soft and silky.
