Does the Pur Minerals Pur-Fect Starter Kid become messy during use?

Actually very helpful, she goes thru the different steps and uses one side of face to compare application. The powders CAN get everwhere, I put a tissue on counter 1st and try to keep powders in that area for eaier cleanup!
