Transcript of Featured Review

Okay here I have Reebok Weights. These specific ones are two pounds each so they're not gonna be something that if you're looking for heavy duty weightlifting that's gonna build a whole lot of muscle for you but if you're looking for something that's just a little bit of weight to do some light exercise these are pretty good for what you're looking for. The ones that I have I have two-pound ones and five-pound and they are color coded. These are obviously yellow and the other ones that I have are orange so you'll be able to recognize them obviously by their size by their weight and their color so Reebok of course is a good name brand. I got these at Target. You can get them at stores like Target Wal-Mart or any type of fitness store that sells weights. As I said just something for light exercise not really heavy at all but if you're looking for something maybe on an exercise ball or you're doing it something like that I would recommend them. They were pretty cheap for being Reebok and again something that is really easy to use. You can use it on whatever type of exercise activity that you're looking for. Just really easy and something that I would recommend to you the Reebok Two-Pound Weights.
