Protects the baking pan, but still requires more effort than I'd like to put forth when peeling it off the cupcake.

Pros: less clean up, easy to use

Cons: sticks to the cupcake

These are a good choice to use, but just remember that although the protect the pan and reduce clean up time, they still can be a little annoying to peel off the cupcake.
