Hi Expo Allison here with another review for you. This is really a great appliance to have in your kitchen. I could not leave without it I use it quite a bit. It is the Rival Crock Pot Slow Cooker Server and this is great. It is a way that you can put everything inside in the morning and then if you leave for the day whether you just out and about or if you outside the home you can come home and dinner will be ready and it cooks it very slowly so that all of the meat that you used comes out really tender and delicious. There are two settings on it. The dial is here you just plug it in and then you can turn it low or high. I have mine on low and I just put this items in and its 12 o'clock when I put them in. This will be ready probably about 6 or 7o'clock. It will cook all day. And I can put it to high if I want to speed things up. But speeding up in the crock pot is still is pretty slow. This green portion here this is the crock which is you see removes and that is how you clean it. You just take it out and clean it. And it has a lid which you really should not lift off once you cooking because it releases a lot of heat. But I'm going to lift it up just to show you what is in here. I added some pork chops and barbeque sauce and some spices and mince onions and we're going to cook those all day and see what happens. My hope is that its going to cramp to be like barbeque pork chops so I can shred the pork and we can have them on sandwiches later. There are so many thing you can do in here like if you go online and look for Crock Pot recipes you will find millions of them. It is really good with meat. You can use meat that maybe would be a little bit tougher of a cattle meat. But cooking it in here they come out so tender because of the slow cooking process. It is great also if you fill a sider and add some cinnamon sticks and some spices you can have a nice hot mold sider and it is even a great dessert where you damp in a cake mix and dry cake mix. You put in the butter that you use in the cake. And then you put a can of fruit like you would make with the pie like pie filling. And you can use any combination like white cake with cherries or a chocolate cake with cherries or whatever. And you leave it in there for five to six hours and it looks kind of messy but it's delicious. Really good desserts call a dump cake. And if you look online for that you will find that recipe too. So it is just great handy thing to have in your kitchen for those day or weeks. You still have the time to do all the prep and your cooking toss it in set it forget about it come home dinner is ready and it smells great. It makes your cooking smells great.
