Hi I'm breaking my (inaudible) addiction with my rival gel disc ice cream maker. I've had this for about two weeks and we've used it about five times already and I absolutely love it. It's really easy and it whips up a quart of ice cream in about half an hour. Now I remember back when we went to my grandfather's house for the summer he like whipped up ice cream and let me tell you it would be like all day he'd be you know filling the ice (inaudible) filling the (inaudible). Well this really could sit in half an hour. There's no ice there's no rock salt. What you have is this gel disc which is (inaudible) on top and then you just put it in your freezer upside down so that the gel freezes at the bottom here and you just place this in the bottom of the ice cream maker. And believe me your fingers will (inaudible) out of it if (inaudible). Don't ask me how I know that coz I don't wanna tell you. And then you just take your ice cream (inaudible) you put that on top of there and then the lid locks down in place. Now one thing I really love about this model is the motor comes completely off of the lid. So you don't have to worry about (inaudible) in the water to not get the motor whip while you wash it. And then all you have to do is turn in on. You can see it's a little bit noisy. And then pouring your ingredients which is just whipping cream and sugar and this is (inaudible) chocolate served in this. The instruction manual comes with some great recipes or you can just follow you basic ice cream recipes. Or some new chocolate chip or some berry sorbet. You just now put it in there. And in half an hour we are gonna have some chocolate chocolate chip ice cream.
