Samsung Duo Cam SCD6550 this is of course the digital camcorder that you see and besides just being a digital camcorder it is also a digital camera hence the name Duo Cam 2 cams I guess. I got this this camera a little while ago. First of all let's just go over some of the buttons there's the side button where you turn on. You go all the up to for the record play and then the just the regular camera mode. That's the shutter button the button you use to take the pictures or video. That's the zoom in and out button. Here's something out there there's a lot more buttons. It's a pretty complicated camera this is my first digital camera or my digital camcorder I've ever own and it's pretty complicated I would say it's very complicated. I have a rough time with it. That's how you get into the menu and stuff. The picture quality of the camera is okay. It's like a 200 dollar camera so but it is okay for that. Now here let me just turn it on for you. It doesn't come on yeah it broke I have about maybe ___ warranty I didn't even use it that much probably just a few times and if you're ____ warranty went out. Guess what the camera went out and I called Samsung. Well first I emailed Samsung because I figured I had emailed HP before and they mail me back like 4 hours later. Samsung took 4 days to give me back with the email and then all the email said was call us. So I call them and they said something on the inside of the camera screw up I never drop the camera so it's not my fault screwed with camera and I forgot the amount of money to fix it but it was an extreme large amount of money. So I mean I just threw it in the door and never touch it again so it's and okay camera. If you wanted a camera for like 4 months go on pick it up but if you want a camera to last do not get Samsung this is the I've owned another Samsung camera after this and it worked just until the warranty went out terrible product terrible. The only way I've get another Samsung is they give to me or I can get one for like 20 bucks but I'm never paying more than 20 bucks again for a Samsung terrible product terrible.
