Sanyo HDTV 32"

Hi guys. I'm here with the Sanyo HDTV. It's model no HT32744. It's a high definition model. It's called the 'Bison' -- 'Bison', and it's a flat screen 32". It's not a true 16x9 ratio, but it's close. It's got an integrated digital tuner on the back of the TV as well as the analog tuner that all TVs have. You can actually set this up to your picture-in-picture where it splits the screen in half and you can do one digital signal on one side and one analog signal on the other side. On the back it's got all the hook-ups you can think of, it's got like two S-Videos, optical audio-in and it's got all the component hook-ups for audio and video as well for people that have those kind of connections. Overall, I find it to be a very good TV for the price. You could buy Sanyo products at Wal-Mart. I think that's the only place they sell them. Overall, if I had to buy another 32" HDTV, I'd probably buy another model just like this, for the value.

1080 horizontal lines of interlaced scanning (1080i) provide an exceptionally clean and detailed picture. Equipped with both analog (NTSC) and digital (ATSC) tuners to receive DTV off-air (terrestrial) signals and Clear QAM unscrambled digital cable channels.

Rec'd my first 101 course for HDTV set. Helpful understanding some of the features of the set. This review helps me to begin my shopping process for a set.

did not really like the way it looked, and it should not be in an old entertainment center
