Hi it's just me Jill. I'm staying for you I'm gonna review this elliptical trainer. This is a (indiscernible). This is a really nice elliptical. Its got a lot of nice features. Its got a quick start so you can just you know do a quick start but it's also got a lot of different programs that you can do. Let me show you how it works here you know you just kinda got a nice smooth action I really like it. It got the arm you know so you can get your arms and exercising but it also has this here which is a you know it takes (indiscernible) your pulse and absolutely can kinda like do your heart rate and your pulse. It's got a drink holder you know to relieve exercising for a long time. That's a good thing. It also has fans if you get really hot. So all in all this elliptical is really really nice. It really does have like a smooth action. The one thing you might want to consider if you had an elliptical low is the height coz it does put you up higher so if you have short feelings you might have a little bit of a problem. And it does take up a little bit of space but all in all it's a really nice machine works really well. I really like it. I would give this a really high thumbs up. Thank you.
