A little bass heavy, but great for video games and movies.

Hey I'm George and these are Sennheiser's HD212 Pro headphones as you can see in here. I've had these headphones for about three years now. These are Sennheiser's lower mid-range headphones. They cost $40.00 if you want to buy them online but you can get them at a lot of local places for $15.00 or $20.00 more than that. I've been very pleased with these headphones. I haven't had any problems with them in the three years I've owned them. The sound reproduction is fairly decent. They're a little bit bass heavy. Other people complain about the bass and I'd agree. That makes them pretty good for video games in my opinion and decent if you watch movies at your computer or whatever and you use headphones not as good for music. I listen to a lot of different music genres and they sound a bit money for rock and metal classical and jazz they just don't sound very good at all. If you listen to a bass heavy music electronic or hip hop you might be a little more pleased with that. They do sound better for those armors in my opinion but for video games or movies they're very decent headphones. They have a couple of nice features about them. For one the caps can actually detached from the headphones' frame if I can get them off here see like that. This may not seem that useful to you but the nice part about this is that they -- if you drop the headphones you're less likely to break something since the caps will just pop right off and you can put them back on. The cord also detaches separately from each of the caps which is also nice in case the cord ever breaks on you or suffered damage you can just replace that without having to replace the headphones themselves. They're fairly comfortable. I have kind of a big head and I don't have any trouble with these so I think for the most part you should find them comfortable. Some people complain about the style a little bit. I think they look decent. So overall if you're looking for headphones in the $40.00 to $60.00 range I think Sennheiser's HD212 are good as one which are not planning on using them mostly for music.

SENNHEISER HD212 Pro -- These closed, dynamic hi-fi stereo headphones deliver precise treble response, a well defined midrange, and smooth, deep bass. Overall the result is a balanced, spatial sound image that serves any style of music in a very pleasing way. Special lightweight diaphragms for...
