Hey Expo TV my name is Eric and today I m going to be reviewing the Sony DSC-T200. This is a nice small compact camera a little bit bigger than a credit card. It s a 5x Optical Zoom; it has a Carl Zeiss lens. On the front you can slide this portion up or down. Putting this unit down turns on the camera. On the top it s got a simple layout; your buttons for power. You flip through for viewing your pictures your shutter and your Tele zoom. On the back here you ve got one of the biggest LCD screens on the market today for a camera. This is a 3.5-inch screen; it s in full color. It s a touch screen also. This one makes it a very fabulous camera. Having the ability of a touch screen you don t have to do with any dials or anything like that or a small screen. You touch around to go through all the menus. It s very intuitive and it gives you almost a demonstration of your different choices and turn on parts of it if you re not sure of what something does and why you want to pick it. You could go with normal layouts simple layouts of images. On this camera it has the ability to do your auto set. You can go to sports it s got flashes it s got your macros timers. It shows you battery; it s a rechargeable battery which is nice you re not always changing the batteries. The other fancy things about these cameras is that it can pick up face recognition up to nine faces in a group. It also has a speed burst mode; it allows you to take up to 99 pictures in a row. Each picture can be done in less than 1.3 seconds which allows you to capture every moment of any action photos a baby writing like that. Another neat feature is that a person if they don t smile it won t take the picture if you set it that way. So you re having your kids or people fooling around you push the button and it will wait until someone smiles and it will take that picture. You can see here it has red-eye reduction. You can choose it on or off. You can even go in and fix pictures. You can set up a slide show to show off all your pictures. This camera is just fully loaded. As you see here I m pushing my button to go into show me if I have any pictures . I can go back and pick any picture that I want to go view fix zoom in set to music a slide show you can add a little MP3 to it. Just overall a great little camera. The only downfall is that it allows you to print your pictures with a date on it. It will take the picture and have the date but it doesn t allow you to print them as it goes through some of the fancy printer software on it. Just a little bit of opinion about it. It uses the Sony memory sticks and allows you to store hundreds of pictures. The bigger you go on the memory stick you can go up into the thousands. This camera retails for about $350 and it s just a great unit overall. Hope you enjoy it. Thank you.
