Hi my name is Lisa and this is a review of the Sony Handy Mini DVD Camcorder. The model number is DVD301 this does come with a 3 It is a mini DVD and that's the little guy right there. It is very convenient to have the mini DVD but at the same time you do need to initialize and then finalize the DVD before you can play it on the DVD player. You can always download it using the little port there you can download to your computer to watch it or even put it right on the TV. It does have the spot here to pull out and you can go ahead and put ____ light up there if you like it. It does have a lot of features on this camera one of the missed that it has there's the fire wire port right there one of the miss it has it does have the port here to put your microphone in and you can add some audio and video to it. It also has a still camera right here and but it isn't the greatest of camera. It is only a 1 meg camera so it doesn't take the greatest pictures. But if you're at a wedding or whatever and you only wanna log around one camera this will do it. And it does take the DVD the minus or ____. Now in conclusion I have to tell you that this camera is a fabulous fabulous camcorder it has so many features and the picture quality is unbelievable but if you're the kind of person that wants to take it out of the box and start just doing it as plug and play this is definitely not the camera for you. It does take a couple hours to really familiarize yourself with it and even after all the camcorders I've own in my life I really did need to actually go back to Sony store and have them give me a review of the basics because it is a little bit hard to figure out but if you are looking for that has tons of features and beautiful pictures the Sony Handy cam DCR-DVD301 is a great camera.
