Hi, this is the Mini Dv Headcleaner. Basically, what this is, it's a Sony Headcleaner for your camcorder. What it does is it basically cleans the mechanism of where your tape runs through. Think of you -- have been using camcorder for a while and maybe your quality has gone bad. You know, you have some bugs, you have some jittery. You could use this thing. Plug it in just like a normal Mini Dv tape, you put it in, the instruction say, run for 10 seconds, first record it for 10 seconds, then stop, cleans the whole mechanism, definitely improves the whole condition of the camcorder. This is the Sony brand. You want to buy the Sony brand for the Sony brand camcorder. Try not to mix them up because also what they say is if you use a Panasonic tape on a Sony camcorder, you can also deteriorate the mechanism even quicker. So, if you've been using different kinds of tapes, you know, you couldn't really get the same brand, one day you could use this thing to clean your heads, the whole mechanism. And basically, it will be good to go. So, this is the Sony Mini Video Headcleaner. It's for Mini Dv camcorders. You can get these basically at any electronic shop, anywhere online. It costs about $10 and it's definitely worth it, if you want to keep your camcorder in topnotch shape.
