Sony PlayStation 3 (60GB) Question

Is the PS3 with 60GB's of memory worth buying? What cheaper consoles with more memory are recommended?

Actually the 60 GB PS3 is only 450$ now. It use to be 500$ and the 80 GB use to be 700$ but it's 550$ now. Still pretty overly prices at least the 80 GB I rather just buy an XBOX 360 ELITE for 450$ and get 120 GB memory rather than 60 GB. PS3 sucks go XBOX 360!
