There's particular kind of regular and scented. So I have the fresh scent which is obviously good when you're on your period. Okay. The product I have here is Tampax Pearl Plastic. But basically the nice thing about these is when they go when you put it inside of you they stand out like all away around. So it's like it's like protect against like leaks that might just leak by. Other nice thing is that they have a plastic rounded tip so it's easier to put in. It's like a lot better than the stupid ugly cardboard ones so. They're definitely not like the little cheapy kind tampons. They're like really the only one that I'll use. I'm really like thinking about it. But this particular 122-pack you can also get em you know super or lite depending on how heavy your period is. Yeah. This is the only kind I like. They stay like probably about no more than like 6-8 hours. You usually you should probably change it every five hours so you don't get like toxic shock or anything obviously. But it's Tampax's best protection ever. So I would definitely recommend these. These are the only kind I would use. But yeah they're really really good.
