Question

Th mote is not spinning and I just bought this toy. Anyone have any ideas or solutions to fix it?

Are the batteries new? If not, try replacing them. If they are, it sounds faulty and you should return if possible. It's a great toy - both my kids - 3.5 yrs and 12 months - love this toy.

Is the music still playing? If the music plays the mote may just be jammed, my daughter has stuck things in there that didn't belong before, double check and make sure nothing is obstructing the movement, if not contact Playskool, they are good about replacing faulty toys.
